*Note: The weekly availability information presented here will be updated frequently.  However, it may not be 100% accurate, as new registrations occur all the time.  Please contact us if you would like us to confirm availability.  If you register for a week that is already full, we will contact you ASAP and issue a full refund if no other week(s) work for your schedule.

Waiting List:  It is not uncommon for people to change their plans, so let us know if you would like to be placed on a waiting list for a particular week or weeks.  

                     NOTE: Registration after June 1 is possible, but you MUST contact us first!

Vegetarian options are available at every meal. Other requirements may be impossible to accommodate (this is rural Montana!). Bringing or purchasing your own food is permitted (see FAQs).

Credit card payments will include a 5% processing fee. If you pay by check, we'll hold your reservation for up to 10 business days for your check to arrive in the mail. Other payment options may be available. Please inquire for details.

Congratulations!  You're now a 2018 Expedition Crew Member! So what's next?

  • Once you submit your deposit you should receive a confirmation email, which will also include a password for the 'Expedition Crew Members & Students Only' page of our website, which you can access below.
  •  On that page you can access all of the required forms and waivers, links to complete your payments, and much more information you'll find useful as you make your plans.

Payment Schedule Reminder

  • Deposit: A 20% deposit is due upon registration.  
  • 50% of the Balance: Due by May 1, 2018
  • Final Payment: Due by June 1, 2018
    • NOTE: Registration after June 1 are welcome, but please contact us for details.
